Order Information: For buyers, we collect the personal information necessary to add you as an authorized user to a credit card account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, last four digits of your Social Security Number, and mailing address.

Payment Information: Payment card details are collected and processed by Stripe, our payment processor. DivvyCredit does not store your full card number, CVV, or expiration date.

Usage Data: We may collect information on how the Site is accessed and used, including IP address, browser type, pages visited, and time spent on pages.

We use the information we collect to:

• Process and fulfill tradeline orders
• Communicate with you about your account and orders
• Verify seller and buyer identities
• Improve and maintain the platform

• Detect and prevent fraud

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We share your information only in the following circumstances:

With Sellers: Buyer information required to add you as an authorized user (name, DOB, SSN last 4, address) is shared with the card seller solely for the purpose of completing the tradeline posting.

Service Providers: We work with Stripe (payment processing) and Supabase (database infrastructure). These providers are contractually required to protect your data.

Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law or in response to valid legal process.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (TLS), encrypted database storage, and restricted access controls. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

Sensitive buyer information (SSN last 4, DOB) is used only for authorized user submission and is not retained beyond operational necessity.

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Order records are retained for up to 7 years for compliance purposes. You may request deletion of your account data by contacting us at support@divvycredit.com, subject to any legal retention requirements.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
