By accessing or using the DivvyCredit platform ("Site" or "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including buyers, sellers, and visitors.
DivvyCredit operates an online marketplace connecting individuals who wish to be added as authorized users to seasoned credit card accounts ("Buyers") with credit card holders willing to add authorized users ("Sellers"). DivvyCredit facilitates these transactions but is not a party to the underlying authorized user agreement between Buyer and Seller.
DivvyCredit is not a credit repair organization, credit counselor, or financial advisor. Nothing on the Site constitutes financial, legal, or credit advice.
You must be at least 18 years of age and a legal resident of the United States to use this Service. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
4.1 Nature of Service. Buyers purchase the right to be added as an authorized user to a Seller's credit card account for a defined posting window. There is no guarantee of a specific credit score improvement.
4.2 Accurate Information. Buyers must provide accurate personal information (name, date of birth, SSN last 4, address) for AU submission. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination with no refund.
4.3 Refund Policy. Buyers are eligible for a full refund if the purchased tradeline fails to post to all three major credit bureaus within the agreed posting window, as verified by DivvyCredit. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the posting window end date.
4.4 Prohibited Use. Buyers may not use DivvyCredit for any fraudulent purpose, including but not limited to misrepresenting the AU relationship to lenders or using posted tradelines to obtain credit through deceptive means.
5.1 Card Requirements. Sellers must maintain cards in good standing, below 10% utilization at the time of posting, and with no late payments or negative marks.
5.2 Posting Obligation. Sellers are obligated to add the Buyer as an authorized user and submit the AU request within the agreed posting window. Failure to do so entitles the Buyer to a full refund, which will be deducted from the Seller's pending balance.
5.3 Payout Schedule. Sellers receive payment after the tradeline successfully posts to at least one bureau and the posting period is confirmed. Payouts are processed via ACH to the verified bank account on file.
5.4 Prohibited Conduct. Sellers may not list cards with negative history, misrepresent card age or limit, or engage in any conduct that could constitute fraud under applicable law.
DivvyCredit charges a platform fee on each completed transaction. All payments are processed through Stripe. Prices displayed on the Site are in US dollars. DivvyCredit reserves the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TRADEX DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY PARTICULAR CREDIT OUTCOME WILL RESULT FROM USE OF THE SERVICE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TRADEX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. TRADEX'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SPECIFIC TRANSACTION GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DivvyCredit and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Texas, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
DivvyCredit reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Site with a revised date. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
DivvyCredit reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, or any other conduct deemed harmful to the platform or its users. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@divvycredit.com.
